Sacred Sexuality Coaching
As a sacred sexuality priestess, I help men release shame around their desires and sexuality through virtual sessions.

WHAT IS SOMATICA?
The Somatica system is a relational method.
We teach clients everything from how to write a dating profile to different types of touch to how to repair your relationship after an argument.
Somatica is a practice based on three key attitudes - vulnerability, mindfulness, and compassion and includes three central realms - embodiment, sexuality and relationships.
We believe that skills in relationships are learnable and with a patient and affirming coach, one can heal the wounds of the past and be successful in whatever type of relationship you desire.
Ministerial Services
My seva practice called me to start a grief and bereavement group after my own experience as a hospice caregiver/assisting both my parents through their transition brought me the desire to help others through their own bereavement.
I've practiced Vipassana meditation for over twenty years and am an Ordained Minister of Heart Consciousness Church, a year-long ministerial training in Earth-based spirituality.
I focus on creating community
and healing through ceremony.
